  • I had a super time probably the best time I ever had hunting ever. Your staff was so nice and went beyond to help me. I will tell all my friends your ranch is the best. I will see you soon planning my trip to take a Red Stag already. Bambi, I really believe what you do for us wounded Soldiers is from your heart. I thank you for all you did for me and my fellow Soldiers. If you ever need someone to vouch for the operation you run, I am here. It is a first class operation that offers the best in hunting, your guides are knowledgeable and go beyond to get their clients the game they seek. Don't change a thing. Sgt. Sean Falcon

Bambi coming from a Warrior Transition Battalion in Colorado were I worked as a Company First Sergeant, I am... so thankful to individuals such as yourself that reach out and provide these therapeutic chances for my fellow brothers in arms. ... Many come home so broken and they have lost so much that this type of activity allows them to get out in nature and many times this alone gets them their confidence back so they can push forward that much more into their recovery. Some of the hunts our guys went on when they were under my charge defined their convictions to better themselves and drive on to heal. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you have and are doing for our troops.

Wish there were more people like yourself willing to reach out and provide for our troops in such a selfless manner.

Shannon Blake

Thank you to Bambi Harrell for all the wonderful things she does. Her endless giving to brighten the lives of so many shows that the smallest things can make the biggest difference. You touch my heart and the very depths of my soul when helping my dad up to his last breath. I am very humble to have you as a friend. What you do is awesome and the biggest reward is to know you made a child, mother , father, soldier or friend smile even if just for a moment. You are a true Angel from above. We had a unique opportunity from the Hunter Heritage Foundation to host their 4th Annual youth hog hunt this year. We decided to combine that with our wounded veteran outreach and had a great wounded vet/youth hunt. We would like to give a very special thank you to Bambi Harrell from the Lone Star Ranch for her first class hospitality and to Nathan Nelson from Hunt with our Hero's for his generosity. This was a culmination of four great organizations coming together to make this event happen.

Gino Attardi Bambi, we had such a wonderful time on the ranch with you and your staff. Thank you for making us feel so relaxed and at home. Everyone had a great time and it's supportive people like you who make our program successful.

Bambi Harrell Gino, I am honored to have hosted the hunt for your program. I strongly believe in providing the opportunity to teach our youth to hunt, and promote their continued involvement in the outdoors. You were an amazing group, and nothing pleases me more than to know you all felt right at home here. That always allows me to know we are providing the highest quality of service to our guest. I am looking very forward to our next great hunting adventures together with our youth and Vets.

Bambi Harrell Congrats to all the Wounded Warriors Father/Son hunters. Everyone took their Wild Hogs the past two days of hunting. It was an honor to host these hunts. It was another wonderful opportunity to teach the new youth hunters all about safari, spot & stalk and blind hunting skills. There is nothing I enjoy more than providing our youth with a place to hunt, and getting them into the woods to learn how to stalk and track their game. They had a fantastic time here at the Ranch, and the memories are priceless that the Wounded Warriors get to share here with their sons. They have sacrificed so much time away from their family's to protect all of us. It is great seeing them share these memories together.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS OUR HEARTFELT THANKS TO OUR SUPPORTERS FOR THEIR GENEROUS DONATIONS TO THIS CAUSE
